Platform rules, privacy, copyright, and digital-product expectations.
This page is the public policy hub for buyers, sellers, and anyone submitting legal or safety requests. It is written to support moderation, payment review, account security, and copyright workflows.
Terms
Users are responsible for account activity, accurate listing information, lawful use of the platform, and respecting HushVault enforcement decisions. HushVault may restrict, hide, quarantine, or review content when reports, fraud signals, legal requests, or payment issues require it.
Privacy
HushVault may store account details, purchase records, wallet activity, file metadata, security events, device/IP context, account-declared city-level location, and moderation history. This information supports access control, payment operations, fraud review, legal preservation, and platform safety.
During signup, HushVault may ask for a city/town, province/state/region, and country. The city/town is used for admin trust and safety review and is not shown on public profiles. Public profiles may show province/state/region and country only. Location changes are recorded in an admin-visible history and are limited to once every 30 days.
Acceptable Use
Prohibited activity includes fraud, harassment, doxxing, malware, unauthorized redistribution, stolen content, evasion of access controls, abusive messaging, repeat false reports, and any listing that creates legal, safety, or payment risk for the platform.
Refunds
Digital-product purchases are generally final once access is delivered. HushVault may still review disputes, mistaken access issues, duplicate charges, misrepresentation, or content that violates policy. Refund decisions can affect buyer access and seller payout timing.
DMCA / Copyright
Rights holders can submit a DMCA notice for allegedly infringing material. HushVault can review the claim, connect the notice to a product, preserve audit records, and take appropriate action, including hiding or removing content where required.
Contact
Use the DMCA form for copyright notices and the Safety Center or Reports page for urgent trust, safety, fraud, or abuse review. Signed-in users should submit account-specific requests from their HushVault account whenever possible so ownership, audit history, and response context stay connected.
